Having an anxiety attack after an intensely...
Freaking out about everything. I’m not old enough to be put in these situations. I can’t handle this any more.

Are we counting Tree of Life as an “unpredictable, thoughtful movie?” Also, you’re so in love with Hugo, which is way more safe, predictable, gimmicky, happy-making, and thoughtless than The Artist could dream of being.
Umm, how so? Don’t just say stuff. Give me something that The Artist handled that...

“the average The Artist” I can’t.
I’m sorry you like safe, predictable, and gimmicky movies that make you feel happy and avoid thinking.
Wah-BAM.
Apparently making black and white silent films is “safe.”
The Artist is more safe, predictable, gimmicky, happy-making, and thoughtless than Hugo. (HA on all accounts)
And...
So much bloodcurdling screaming for Jean, Meryl,...
All perfect wins.

4. Hugo
5. (Moneyball)
6. Midnight in Paris
7. Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close

And I don’t really care about the...

People are the best.
I have such great friends. Knowing that there are people in this world that are invested in my well-being, that take time out of their busy schedules to make sure I’m alright, it’s just fantastic.
Today has been rough but you guys I love the people in my life so much. One of my bestest bestest friends just surprised me with ice cream because she read my latest post.
I'm taking a defeated day.
It’s kinda like a sick day or a me day only with an obvious difference.
I’m just really frustrated now cause I got donuts and I’m in my bed and ready to leave the world for a few hours but my roommate won’t leave. I’m never home during weekdays so I guess I didn’t realize that it seems like he just doesn’t do anything? Go to class or something dummy. I...

Researching JoJo at 10:30 on a Saturday morning.
Cause what else do people do?
Also what she was 13 when Leave (Get Out) was recorded? I knew every word to that song in middle school, were there other pop songs then? No this was the only one.

I wish I could explain to you the horrors of this...
but I am so far beyond that point. It’s so bad. So bad. I can’t even handle it. Doesn’t help that it’s 30. pages. long. This bitch made the font size 11 and only spaced it 1.5 hoping that no one would notice. No bitch. no. I changed it to the settings we’re supposed to be using, and yea. it’s 30 pages. We have a 5-10 page suggested range.
what.
what bitch.

Anonymous asked: let me also add: i do think the public education system as it stands is deeply flawed in many ways, but I think that putting public education vs. homeschooling is unfair and useless.

Anonymous asked: as you should. people who are able to home school their children ARE privileged. for a lot of parents it's not an option, for reasons ranging from time, money, their own educations, and fun mixtures of the three. a lot of parents simply don't have the means to educate their children at home.

whoops today took a turn south
hungaryeyes:
watching pioneer woman on demand (jesus fucking christ, this bitch homeschools her kids and they are making jam, and she’s making it into a ‘LESSON’) while putting a significant dent in this bag of mint chocolate chips
This is pretty much exactly how I was raised. Until about 9th grade “school” was anything the hell we wanted it to be, from nature hikes to writing...

I was just rummaging around in my “stationary set” (a giant envelope crammed full of cards, stamps, stationary, envelopes, etc.) and I found a letter I never sent. It was written to my grandmother when I was 13 and in Honduras during one of the most arduous experiences of my life. YOU GUYS! IT’S LIKE BURIED TREASURE! Angsty, depressing, poorly written, true, honest, totally me,...

Unpopular opinion, but so far I'm pretty meh about...
I just don’t think any of the ones I’ve seen so far are THAT good of movies. My personal current ranking:
1. The Help (not best picture worthy, but at least I enjoyed it)
2. Midnight in Paris (a movie for people who are just like the pedantic antagonist)
3. War Horse (was this a drama? I didn’t stop laughing the whole time; “GUNTHER!”)
4. Tree of Life (horrible...
